Photos don’t exaggerate. They show you exactly what our crews walked into and exactly what we left behind. The work speaks for itself, and Tobias Reyner signs off on every one of these results.

Water Heater Failure in a Coral Gables Utility Room
Before
AfterA 50-gallon water heater let go while the homeowner was at work. By the time they got home, water had wicked six inches up the drywall and under the adjacent hallway flooring. We extracted 40 gallons, removed the damaged baseboards, and set Dri-Eaz dehumidifiers with daily psychrometric readings. The room was back to pre-loss condition in four days.
Category 3 Sewage Backup in a Little Havana Bathroom
Before
AfterA main line backup pushed contaminated water through a first-floor bathroom and into the hallway. This is the kind of job where cleanup methods matter as much as drying speed. We removed the affected flooring and lower drywall, sanitized the slab with an EPA-registered biocide, and documented every step with photos for the homeowner’s insurance adjuster.
Attic Mold from a Slow Roof Leak in Kendall
Before
AfterIn Kendall, we see a lot of attic mold that started as a pinhole roof leak nobody noticed. By the time it’s visible on the ceiling, the sheathing above is usually worse. We contained the attic, removed the affected insulation, treated the framing, and fogged the space before installing new R-30. The before photos showed black staining across three trusses; the after photos show clean wood and dry air.
Hurricane-Driven Window Leak in a Brickell High-Rise

Storm winds pushed rain through a window seal on the 18th floor, soaking the bedroom carpet and the drywall beneath the sill. High-rise work means managing negative air pressure and working around building maintenance schedules. We extracted, cut out the wet drywall below the window, and dried the cavity to 8% moisture content before reinstalling and repainting.
Dishwasher Supply Line Rupture in a Miami Shores Kitchen

A braided stainless supply line failed under the sink at 2 a.m. The homeowner called our live line, and a crew was on site within the hour. Water had spread across the tile and into the toe-kick space under the cabinets. We pulled the kick plates, placed Injectidry floor mats to draw moisture from under the cabinet bases, and saved the custom cabinetry.
Bathroom Exhaust Fan Failure Leading to Ceiling Mold in Doral

A broken exhaust fan let shower humidity sit in a small Doral bathroom for months. The ceiling developed mold in a perfect circle around the fan housing. We set a containment barrier, removed the affected drywall, treated the joist above, and hung new moisture-resistant drywall. The fan was replaced by the homeowner’s electrician after we finished.
